Proceeds to benefit Freedom Builders, a not-for-profit charitable organization.  It is a team of volunteers called to serve the housing repair needs of the 15,000 people living at or below the poverty level in the Grand Traverse region.  We do this in cooperation with government agencies and service agencies.  We do not seek a specific target client.  We operate by only three rules:  There is a legitimate need, no other resources can be found to solve the problem, there is an opportunity to demonstrate the love of God.  We are faith-based, non-denominational and serve all.
